We have three simple expectations of all our pupils.
These expectations are consistently applied and form the basis of our rewards and sanctions. |
Year Groups
The Venerable Bede CE Academy is divided into 5 year groups and there are 5 Heads of Year. All pupils in Years 7 – 11 wear the same uniform, but there are some exceptions:
- Year 11 Prefects wear purple ties
- The Head Boy and Head Girl wear gold ties
- The Deputy Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl wear gold ties.
Each year group is supported by a team of tutors who are led by a Head of Year.
