We have three simple expectations of all our pupils.
These expectations are consistently applied and form the basis of our rewards and sanctions. |
Year Groups
The Venerable Bede CE Academy is divided into 5-year groups with 5 Pastoral Year Group Managers. All pupils in Years 7 – 11 wear the same uniform, but there are some exceptions:
- Year 11 Prefects wear purple ties
- Year 11 Senior Prefects wear gold ties
- Year 11 Prefects involved in work across Northern Lights Learning Trust (e.g. Trust Parliament) wear turquoise ties
Each year group is supported by a team of tutors, which is led by a Pastoral Year Group Manager.
